Where do you deliver? How long will it be before I receive my order?

We deliver our goods virtually everywhere in the world on a daily basis. When placing your order, please allow 1 - 3 business days for processing. After processing, for all orders within the USA, please allow 1 - 3 weeks for delivery. For all orders outside of the USA, please allow 3 - 5 weeks for delivery. Please note: Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, in rare instances shipping times may take longer than the estimates.

Only part of my order showed up. Where is the rest of my order?

In order to provide a broad selection of high quality items we select different suppliers for different products. As such, the items may arrive at different times.

My order is missing parts, broken, or does not meet my expectations. What do I need to do?

We try our best to represent the characteristics of each product on our website including the approximate size, materials, and representative images. In the rare event where there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer service department at and will resolve any issues in a prompt manner! Please include a photo of the item and any defects in the email.

I just placed my order but decided that I want to cancel it. What do I need to do?

To cancel your order, we must hear from you the same day by midnight EST. Please provide all the details of your order. Otherwise your order will be processed and shipped out according to our terms.
